About Us
St Bart’s vision is to end homelessness in WA. We provide: crisis and transitional accommodation for men, women and children, specialist aged care for men, mental health services, community tenancies and support services for individuals and families who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness.
Around 10,000 men, women and young people experience homelessness on any given night in Western Australia. It is a sobering statistic, and we see homelessness affect people of all ages, genders, backgrounds and cultures.
Every day, we walk alongside clients to assist them to achieve their goals of moving out of homelessness into a safe and stable home, and reconnecting with family, friends and support networks in their community.
