1. What is the Entertainment™ Book and how does it work?
Entertainment™ Books feature hundreds of the most popular restaurants, attractions, activities and accommodation, all with significant introductory offers. There is over $10,000 of value in each Book with 25 to 50% off and 2-for-1 offers from each business.

2. How can I buy an Entertainment™ Book?
Entertainment™ Books are sold through a variety of non-profit organisations and corporate groups. These include major charities, community groups, associations, schools and social clubs as well as sporting and recreational groups.

3. How do I activate my new Entertainment™ Card?
If you have not registered a card before, use the panel in the top right of any page and click on Register or
click here. Follow the prompts to register your card and complete your membership.
To register your new card to an existing membership,
login here or in the panel at the top right of any page. Follow the prompts to register your new card.
4. How can I retrieve my forgotten password and/or login?
If you have forgotten your password and/or login details, complete this
request form for those details to be emailed to you.
5. How can I view Bonus Offers and any changes or updates for my Book?
Visit the
Cardholders' homepage to view Bonus Offers, Changes and Updates.
6. How can I find out which businesses are accepting Cards or Vouchers on the optional days?
There are a few days each year that the Card and Vouchers are not valid. These are noted in the Rules of Use on page 2 of your Book. However many businesses choose to accept their Card or Voucher on these days. In the lead-up to these days, go to the
Cardholders' homepage to view the Changes and Updates page for your Book
7. Are Entertainment™ Books available for other cities and how do I get one?
Entertainment™ Books are available for cities throughout Australia and New Zealand. Current members can buy Books for other cities at a special price. You can use the order form found in your Entertainment™ Book or
purchase online.
8. Can I buy extra Entertainment™ Books as gifts for friends and relatives for my local area?
Yes, contact the fund-raising organisation you purchased your Book through (their name can often be found on the inside front cover of your Book) and they should be able to fill your order. Act quickly however, as Books sell out fast.
9. What do I do if my Entertainment™ Card is lost or stolen?
Be careful with your Gold Card as there is only one per Book and a $35 charge for replacement. To order a replacement Card, contact your
local office or
order online.
10. Who are the current winners of the Entertainment™ Gold Awards and Hall of Fame Winners and, how can I vote?
The Entertainment™ Hall of Fame inductees are recognised for winning at least three Entertainment™ Gold Awards. To view this year's Entertainment™ Hall of Fame inductees, or to find out more about this year's Gold Award Winners, or to vote for your favourites for your Book, visit the

11. Do you ever print customised versions of the Book that I could give as gifts to my staff or clients?
Customised versions of the Book have become very popular and are being used by many companies to reward clients and staff.

14. What if there's a problem with my Book?
We guarantee that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your Entertainment™ Book, you may return the unsold Book to
your local office within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.
The Entertainment™ Hotel Program
1. How do I book hotel accommodation online?
Register your Gold Card on the Entertainment™ Book website and then log onto
www.entertainmentbook.com.au/mybookings to search, compare and book accommodation online at hundreds of different hotels.
2. Are there any booking fees?
No. There are no booking fees if you use the My Bookings™ website to make a booking, or when making a reservation over the phone.
3. Once I have confirmed my booking, is it guaranteed?
Yes. Make sure you always keep note of your confirmation number when making a booking for your reference.
4. Do I need to present my Entertainment™ Gold Card to the hotel?
Yes. You will need to present your Entertainment™ Gold Card upon check-in to verify your Entertainment™ membership. Your Entertainment™ Card is not transferable.
5. Are my personal details secure?
