How to view the NEW 2017|18 Membership once purchased?
Once you activate and register your new Membership and was logged into the app prior, please go to the 'User' icon and tap 'Log out' and please log back into the Digital Membership.
Digital Membership Early Bird Offers
To access your exciting early bird offers when logged into the app, under ‘Name, Suburb, Type…’ on the home page, it should say ‘[Edition] 2017/18 Digital’ in the gold box. If not, tap the gold box and colour in the diamond next to your [Edition] 17/18 subscription and click ‘Apply’, the Early Bird Offers will then appear under the icon.
Missing your 2016|17 offers as you have purchased the 2017|18 Digital Membership?
You can still use the 2016|17 offers providing that you have registered your NEW Digital Membership to the same email address. When logged into the app under ‘Name, Suburb, Type…’ on the home page, it should say ‘[Edition] 16/17 Digital’. If not, tap the gold box and colour in the diamond next to the 16/17 Digital subscription and click ‘Apply’.
Using both 2016|17 & 2017|18 offers at the same
To have both subscription offers showing at the same time, when logged into the app under ‘Name, Suburb, Type…‘ on the home page, it should say ‘[Edition] 16/17 Digital‘ in the gold box. To add 17/18 or vice versa, tap the gold box and colour in the diamond next to the Digital subscription that is not selected and tap ‘Apply‘.
Have a 2016/17 subscription and all of a sudden your offers are showing ‘Digital Membership Required‘
You may be viewing the new release of the 2017/18 offers in ‘Preview‘ mode – To fix, when logged into the app under ‘Name, Suburb, Type…‘ on the home page it should say ‘[Edition] 16/17 Digital‘. If not, tap the gold box and colour in the diamond next to the 16/17 Digital subscription and click ‘Apply‘.
Recent Apple Updates – Important Information
With the release of iPhone 7, iPhone 7+ and iOS 10+, we will be checking to make sure all of the Digital Membership functions are supported on these new devices as well as the new iOS. As a result, some unexpected issues may arise before the new checking process is completed. Please be aware that it may take some time to implement any functions that need updating in order to function properly. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Apple directly advises that before you update to iOS 10.3 please back up your data on your device to iTunes before proceeding with the update. If you have any questions regarding your current operating system after updating your iOS please contact Apple. Please be aware that we cannot take any responsibility for any issues that may occur as a result of updating to a new OS.

Which smart devices are compatible with the Digital Membership
iPhones: The Entertainment™ Digital Membership is compatible with Apple devices running iOS 7.0 and above. Search for 'Entertainment Australia' in the App Store or in iTunes.
Android phones: The Entertainment™ Digital Membership is designed for Android phones running Jelly Bean (4.1.2) or later. To test compatibility, search for 'Entertainment Book Australia' from the Play store App on your phone or the Google Play website. Google Play will automatically tell you if the App is supported by your device. Not all Android systems are the same and manufactures may modify the operating system with components that may make the device incompatible.
At this stage, the Digital Membership is not available for Windows or Blackberry devices.
